23W is our meticulously refurbished warehouse adjacent to 88L and home to Aesop, operating their product testing laboratory. With a prominent frontage to Waterloo Road and the pedestrian link, the two storey building features oversized warehouse ceiling heights, exposed roof trusses, steel framed feature windows with concrete and timber flooring throughout.
